Know Before You Go

Tickets:

• Do you have your ticket saved on your mobile device or do you have your paper ticket with you?
• Any problems with your ticket? Visit us at ticket window 5 right next to the main entrance of the arena.
• All of our ticket windows open two hours prior to the start of the game
• You need any last minute tickets? Check our Online Ticketshop or visit our ticket window 11 or 12 next to the main entrance of the arena.

Bag Policy:

• Guests are permitted to take one small bag/handbag with them which does not exceed the size of “DIN A4” (21.0 x 29.7cm).
• There is limited storage capacity for bags that exceed the allowed size limit, at a cost of 6 EUR per bag (For season ticket holders of Eisbären Berlin: 4 EUR).
• The fee is donated to the charity organization "Anschutz hilft e.V."

Doors:

• Doors open 90 minutes before each home game.
• We recommend an early arrival.
• Essential food and medication can be taken into the arena on presentation of a medical certificate.
• Wheelchair users enter the arena via the entrance 9 next to the Premium entrance or the press entrance (entrance 2).
